Do I need a license from Innovatron for the Contactless Patents?
No, Innovatron policy is to license the components manufacturers.

Do I need a license from Innovatron for the Applicative Patents?
For memory or wired-logic components: No.
For microprocessor components: only if their software utilizes the patents (e.g. Calypso microprocessor cards), and if the component supplier does not manufacture under these patents already.

Can I have CD97 and CDLight components for test purposes?
Yes, it is possible to buy some CD97 and CDLight components from Innovatron without opting for the license of direct access to the component.

No (Innovatron policy is to license the components manufacturers).
Except if you generate the contactless field using discrete components, and manage the contactless protocol yourself.
