Masked Components
The first generation of Calypso components, the CD97 and CD Light, is no longer available.
A new generation of Calypso products, offering compatibility modes with the previous generation, faster and more secure, is now being deployed, including the CD21 from STMicroelectronics and the Tango For Calypso from ASK.
These products are manufactured under a Calypso license, therefore you may acquire and market them without the need for a license youself. Note that the CD21 is accessible to card embedders for manufacturing of Calypso cards.
